Customer service and Site condition are exceptional

Units are secure, monitored and reasonably priced. I felt safe and comfortable entering the facility to place items. The climate control system was working perfectly and the facility was very clean. Thank you James for a seamless experience from start to finish.

James was very helpful, from calling me prior to moving to see if I needed anything and explaining the process when I came in.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in meeting what I needed for my storage. As it happened I was storing furniture and boxes for a move, and then needed a smaller unit which I now have.
