Very clean, easy access

I move from a large unit to a smaller u it because if the constant price increase.With the next theory days I will be moving out of Cube StRt into Pubic Storage because of there pricing and policy for annual raises.Cube Smwrt pricing is just wrong.

Helpful and convenient

I think that it is misleading that you increase prices after the first 3 months and continue to do so regularly. Its as though you don't take into consideration your longterm customers.

Although I found the facility convenient clean and well managed. The multiple increases in unit rent when I was told it was based on supply and demand was my reason for cancelling my rental. I looked around the facility and noticed many units empty on each floor, but I still got notice for an increase in June.

Clean facilities and kind supportive staff.

You increase rates every year and not just a little. I used to work with the local manager to help minimize but now I am just a number and was told people need storage and we can fill your spot no issues. I started back in 2018 and my HUGE unit was maybe $85 and prices kept going up so downsized and now I am at $212. Thanks but no thanks. You people are rude and I had to start bringing my own cart because you never had any or should I say not enough. 2 carts do not cut it. Based on that, your rating should be reduced. I wanted to leave years ago but the hassle of moving prevented me. What an idiot I was and lazy idiot.
