Clean…easy..and Manager Tracy in Delray is great

Tracey the manager at the Wallace location in Delray worked with us and she was very helpful & professional. The space was clean and well maintained.

THE MANAGER AT THE WALLACE DRIVE STORE IS AMAZING.

The manager was absolutely amazing. My move out date was the 7th of 2026 and she was kind enough to let me take out the rest of my belongings the next day without charging me. I would highly recommend this storage facility to all my friends and family. Thank you again for your kindness and amazing hospitality.

One Acess door is not working and the rate increases are to frequent.

Good service prices seem to go up every couple of months that’s not so great

It was good , However, I had to wash all my belongings because everything smelled once I took out of the bags when I got home. I thought since It was climate control that would not be the case. Also several times during working hours the front office staff was not there when I needed them.

Tracie is an awesome representative. The facility is extremely clean and monitored. The facility provides carts to assist in unloading and loading your items. There are only pluses at this business.
