Cost increases were >20% annually! There is NO justification for such increases. In addition, the rate quoted was 200% more than what Waldo (mgr) quoted. He then verbally agreed to lower the rate but never did. This Delray location also conviently refuses to print out contracts.

Nice and clean place but for customers that are staying for years and Rasing prices so high is crazy from 60.00 to over 100.00 for a 5x10 is just crazy. Also, I must say manager was great and on top of things to keep it clean.Also, my wife found it very uncomfortable going there to see people sleeping in car after hours. Just not right.hopefully on day prices would be affordable and i would be back (maybe)

Because I feel the prices are going up to high for people that are annually and staying for years not just someone staying a few months and leave and never see them again just not fair I must say manager has kept the place very clean thank you for that but we were force to move to another location same size unit and much lower prices also as a senior citizen no discounts very sad.
