Got an increase in rental cost...I immediately left...don't need a constant increase

Cost increases were >20% annually! There is NO justification for such increases. In addition, the rate quoted was 200% more than what Waldo (mgr) quoted. He then verbally agreed to lower the rate but never did. This Delray location also conviently refuses to print out contracts.
