The team, starting with Kim and Raven and leading up to Ann and John were very attentive and provided excellent service. I am certain they are all valued team members.

Price escalation after just a few months is a bait and switch tactic; this is unethical to do to your consumers. I will not support businesses that take advantage of their customers, so will use other businesses moving forward.

95% rent increase over 2 years

The particular location of Cube Smart on Congress Avenue, just south of Linton Blvd in Delray Beach used to be pristine, clean, and well maintained. I have used the facility many times over the past 5 years or so. But lately the maintenance has gone to hell. The bathroom is out of order every time I go, the doors are malfunctioning, the loaner truck is "broken down" the past 2 months, and no one is vacuuming the carpet. IT is going to hell.
