I didn't like that Cubesmart didn't want me to have discounts available to a new contract after closing my old contract. If I have a track record with Cubesmart, why can't I have at least equal discounts to a newcomer?

Arian was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable! She did not tire in explaining all the options available, the timing, payments and other pertinent information. The unit was clean and security was great.
