The people and the facilities were great - no complaints. Bringing the price up 40% in 18 months is a terrible business practice and I hope whoever at CubeSmart believes that's acceptable is fired.

The Excellent Staff I have had the opportunity to work with have been great. Erin,Steve and Ed at another location have all been Wonderful. Erin has been Awesome to help me work through some issues with Corporate. Her Division Manager was very helpful also to resolve my concerns. With this all said, Personnel couldn't be better. Requests: Please look into cleaning and updating this building, Cleaning needs to be stepped up, Safety Outdoor Lighting could be improve to help feel Safer at Night, Major Repairs to Elevators, Clean and Replace broken and VERY Noisy Exhaust Fans. And Lastly Please Bring The Whole Building Music Back. It is really important just to make it feel Like it's Alive.Not an Empty Concrete Tomb.Thank you for Listening to my thoughts.Best regards,Charles W.
