The staff was very nice and helpful. It was easy to get in and out of and the storage unit itself was perfect.

I was charged 3 seperate transactions for the amount of the monthly storage when I purchased our 1 storage unit. These were not pending tractions. I was told by your billing department that they only charged once and there was nothing they could do. I also learned this just happens with your system and the additional charges would drop off but mine did not and I’m having to dispute through the credit card company. I have this storage building for a move which is a stressful time and this added additional stress. I have had a storage building there in the past and currently have a unit I have had for months. I did not had any issues before but this is not right!

My unit was robbed before I was able to get back to Texas from Indiana to move the rest of my things back. My entire life was in the unit and a lot of what I owned that was worth anything was taken. Close to 20,000 dollars worth of belongings. The facility is low security, unlocked gates in perimeter fencing, no one ever answers the phone, I was treated horribly after being victimized...

It was easy and no hassle to set up, move in and move out.
