Well when my unit was broken in to there were no cameras showing who the thieves were. Who would have thought being next door to the police department wasn't a deterrent to break in. Also, unless and until the debris along the fence line gets cleared up I would never recommend this location. That allowed the thieves easy access undetected.

It's not safe there. The homeless cut the back fence as soon as it gets repaired and live in the units. Not good surveillance like others where when you open your door a text is sent if it's you and do you need help. Also do not give 24/7 access to my unit!!

No video monitoring. Large hole cut in the fence. Homeless coming in and living in the storage units. I rented one of the largest units and will not be back. It's in very bad disrepair. The person who works their leaves the small walk through gate open at night. I am totally unsafe here.t

The leasing agent was very nice and helpful but was not able to give an accurate forecast of future increases, I will be a long-term customer and if treated correctly on the increases will be here for a very long time, but I am very leery of the potential cost increases

The manager at the Hickory location in Denton, after 3 attempts of speaking to him (first time 2 days before pmt due) not to worry he would go look at the storage and fix my account, never did.
