Senior Manager, Adam at Store 775, is the reason I finalized my purchase. He has been extremely helpful in making sure everything runs smoothly for my experience. He is great at customer phone support then also excellent in person as well. Having trouble with my lock Adam was also able to eagerly assist.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was easy to get in and out of and the storage unit itself was perfect.

I was charged 3 seperate transactions for the amount of the monthly storage when I purchased our 1 storage unit. These were not pending tractions. I was told by your billing department that they only charged once and there was nothing they could do. I also learned this just happens with your system and the additional charges would drop off but mine did not and I’m having to dispute through the credit card company. I have this storage building for a move which is a stressful time and this added additional stress. I have had a storage building there in the past and currently have a unit I have had for months. I did not had any issues before but this is not right!

My unit was robbed before I was able to get back to Texas from Indiana to move the rest of my things back. My entire life was in the unit and a lot of what I owned that was worth anything was taken. Close to 20,000 dollars worth of belongings. The facility is low security, unlocked gates in perimeter fencing, no one ever answers the phone, I was treated horribly after being victimized...
