Didn’t like the storage or manger

The unit was clean and ready for me upon move in. The process of move in and move out was super easy and the app made entry/exit very easy also.

Lied to. I paid for a inside storage, online. And was given an outdoor storage, instead. She tried to sell me a bigger storage, inside. My stuff melted outside for 2 weeks, before I moved it to an actual nice indoor storage! Good LUCK!

The staff a friendly and very helpful. Location is good but the roadways are very uneven.

We needed a short term parking spot for a trailer and Vonnie who was the on site manager was able to get us a parking spot. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Also, my family have rented from them before at a different location. Always been helpful every time. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Easy access. I have a unit at public storage in Denton also.

I will let people know about my posative experience at your Cube Smart Teasley location. I do appreciate the response from Art in regard to concerns at your 201 S. I35 Denton location. Cubesmart gave me a very straight forward process for getting my storage, paying the bill and closing out the rental with no hassle. I will be back when I need storage again.
