Customer service was really great actually. The few times I really needed the staff at the store, they were really helpfull. Prices were not bad and place was kept clean

Lost track of the time and had a hard time leaving the facility one night, so the hours might be extended to allow for different schedules.

I was very happy with management and the storage space was good. I did not like the excessive rent increases which were 39% and 24%, that makes the 1st increase 13 times the inflation rate and the 2nd increase 9 times the inflation rate.

Raising the price is not recommended at all .
