They were incredibly helpful during a stressful time. Moving can be frustrating, but they made the process much easier. They took the time to let me view the storage units, which helped me determine the best option for my belongings.I also appreciated their excellent customer service. They maintained eye contact throughout our conversation and made me feel valued as a customer. So often, customer service representatives are distracted by multitasking and don't fully engage with you, but that was not the case here. Even though it was close to closing time, I never felt rushed. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made for a great experience.

I stayed because I was having trouble finding a place to live where I could have all my stuff. The cost of rent seems set up to automatically raise every year. And yet, two or three times while I was renting there, I was told that I was paying too much. How about just not raising the rent every single year? Ownership changed twice while I was renting there. and in the past couple of years, I've seen homeless people in the building, and there was someone outside the entrance with some junkyard dog there while the entrance doors were broken over the weekend. But I will say it didn't appear that any of my stuff was ever stolen or damaged.
