About the people were nice. Everything was great. The storage unit was great. I loved having my truck inside like that. But I come across some things and I just couldn't afford it. So I had to leave that I would recommend it's a good place.

Cube smart had my credit card information “on file” before I ever signed the lease agreement. This didn’t make me feel good. The store manager is rarely available. I was charged several dollars every month just for the “convenience” of paying my bill. By the time I left I was being charged 3 times more than when I first started renting. At the time of leaving my rent was raised to over $300. I began renting at $115 ish. I was told for me to get the street rate I would need to move out of my storage unit into another unit in the same complex. The store manager Charlette said her bosses were no longer willing to give me a concession on my rental fee. When I talked to the district manager she said that wasn’t correct. One of the two were lying. When I moved out I measured some wood I had stored to find out that the 10x15 storage unit was only 13’10” on the interior depth. I find cube smart to be intentionally deceptive and out right lie about numerous aspects of their services.
