Jacki is amazing! She is so friendly and very helpful. Any questions I had she answered. I needed a bigger storage unit and she was super helpful in getting the change over started in a last minute change I had. Made is super easy and smooth!

They work hard at trying to keep you informed and your storage items protected. The manager at 1390 S Valentia St is professional and friendly. She is direct and to the point. I like her customer service.
