Very dirty homeless living in units manager was terrible

Oliver the manager was extremely helpful, pleasant, efficient and informative. The storage complex was clean, as was my unit. This facility is very well run, and provides an essential service to our community.

Oliver is AWESOME and is doing the best he can to keep up the facility but has no real help. Do not like the continual price raising especially since tje remodel on the third floor...NO BATHROOM!!!! There are not enough carts and there is no truck to use anylonger. These were all selling points in my choosing this facility.

Very expensive and the cost just kept going up. A unit I was paying $80 had climbed to 180 made it not worth it to keep the items in storage
