The new guy in the office is great help! Way better than Micheal who was there. I have to say paying bills is stressful already but when someone helps you laugh while doing so is better than someone who is bored or seems like your bothering them.

You raised my rates 2 or 3 times from the time I began storage with you. I've never had that at any other location and it's a big miss for me. The facility was fine but the rates are the reason I will never come back.
