You raised my rates 2 or 3 times from the time I began storage with you. I've never had that at any other location and it's a big miss for me. The facility was fine but the rates are the reason I will never come back.

The dude that works there is fantastic. The location is easy to access, it's clean, and secure. Carts are provided to east transport. The elevators work. No complaints.
