It wasn't perfect but there was not a trolley or tools to use to take things to the second floor so heavy things had to be carried. The access doors were either broken or didn't work.

Access code doesn't work, had to call for help to be let in the first time going to check out where my storage unit was, second time I came to unload my stuff in unit access code doesn't work, no one was in office, nor opened up for me to come unload the truck. Now I'm facing problems on what to do and don't have much time left to pack everything and pay for another uhaul. I feel like I wasted my money on unit I probably won't be able to use now.

Very clean and very lit place and the staff was very friendly and courteous and helpful and I liked storing my stuff there will do it again if I have to .Stars to Sara you a rock star at your job!!!!!

Simple process easy to navigate

Very clean, close to where I live and affordable.

The building needs a lot repair work and no to help manger pick up stolen carts bring back to the office for other people to use. But manger does here best with knowledge she has.
