Staff is always polite friendly and facilities are clean

This is the first time I have used Cubesmart and I overall had a great experience. I never had any issues with my unit outside of another unit's liquid coming into mine which the gals at the front desk assured me was not my responsiblity to clean up. Anytime I needed help the front desk was very helpful and made sure I was all set. I would use this location again if I ever needed.

The storage unit themselves are awesome. But the advertisement is misleading. I went with this place because they advertised buy 1 month get one month half off. And the prices were competitive. As soon as we hit the second month. You guys raised the prices $65-75 per unit. Thats $500+ for 2 units. Thats almost rent on a home. For storage that's outside.

The staff was ALWAYS nice & helpful! My push lock somehow, actually locked itself, as the staff would do if someone didn't pay their rent, we couldn't figure out HOW my "key" managed to do that. However when that was realized it was easy breezy to fix!! I had a 2BR apt in my storage & never worried once that something might happen. Although it was a little pricey, I still had piece of mind. Not to mention it was down the rd from where I was temporarily staying. So that was great!

You are hounding me for an opinion of a company that I have spent 10 mins with. Calm your roll.

The 2 lady's working the desk were very friendly & helpful.

Facility is clean with good access to the unit. Security seems good. Personal contact was friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful.

Very helpful, good customer service.
