Got too expensive. Got my unit in 2024 the price was 119. Then went up to 144.83 now you guys want to raise it another 40 bucks. What am I getting for the increase.........nothing

The price is great and service is super easy to use!

Well when you guys first gave me the storage unit you gave me 60 then it jumped to 80 and now it's 105

Thought out my time using my storage unit, it was fine, great even. But since I got my new place, I wanted to close out my storage unit since I didn’t need it anymore, and the lady at the front desk was very rude about it all. I wasn’t told that I needed to sweep it out by the other lady that was there. I believe her name is Ashley. She said that we Just needed to clean everything out and leave the door open so they can check it, when I went back to close out my other storage unit because we were finished moving our stuff out. The other lady said that we needed to sweep it, and she didn’t care if I didn’t have a broom and dustpan, they can give one to us (mind you I never said I wouldn’t do it. I was 100% going to do it) and that it needs to be done and was just being very rude and disrespectful about it.

The office staff is amazing! The units are in great shape other then some spot in concrete around units are a hit and miss. Our main reason for not using these storage units any longer was major price hike only after being there 2 months. Gave us a deal to get us in there and then raised rent as soon as them 2 months we're up. Couldn't afford $600 every month for 2 units so we went elsewhere.

It was clean and safe. Also very convenient!

The facility is clean, secure & well maintained. Laurie & Ashley take good care of us. Laurie is a ray of sunshine.
