Clean and safe environment with friendly staff

Lori was very friendly, polite, helpful. Prices were good also.

Facility is clean and nicely climate controlled. Attendants have always been accommodating and polite. We used a unit to store most of my mother's household possessions when she moved out of her last apartment. When she passed away we no longer needed it.

Excellent customer service from the staff. Clean well kept unit and building space.

Responsive staff, great access, love the climate control

The prices are completely reasonable, the staff is friendly, the units are clean and free of rodents/bugs/leaks, the location is great as is the access. Every time I stop in, the staff knows who I am (or at least pretends to), and the communication has been stellar. One of the staff is also pretty cute.

The facilities are fantastic and east to access

The lady that sat at the desk was very patient and helpful. I was having difficulties with my initial storage unit and I was able to get transferred to another unit with no issue even though I had already made payments on the first one. No sweat, no stress.

The process was very easy, the storage was clean and just the size I needed… Ms. Suzanne at the SE 14th street location was so nice and very helpful!
