Great customer service, the storage units are clean and the climate control interior is awesome. Also having access after closing hours is a great service. Price not bad either for how new and clean the property is I highly recommend it.

Great service

The continuous rate hikes. If they were small it would be ok. But they are $20. We were there less than 2 years and we always would only use cubesmart, however, we went from just over $50 to $99. Only 4 Carolla loads of boxes. No thanks.

I liked the security of the storage facility but there were a few times when the entrance gate was damaged. There was one week during my time there where facility was unavailable due to a power outage with no notice given until arrival which was inconvenient. The amount of notifications received for payments due both by the system and the store manager was very excessive. The price also went up by about 75% since the time I started renting there.

Because if a clerical error on your part, I paid you for months of storage, when they got rid of my whole life months before I discovered it. I feel betrayed and am waiting on the district manager to make this right but come on. I’m thinking of legal action. So no.
