The bay door access code box was broken for several, several months. The bay door itself was broken. Cubesmart's response to roof leaks was putting up wet floor signs. My property was damaged due to humidity, my access to my property was hindered and annoying. Over several months I made several complaints and attempts to contact management and was told on several occasions that the District Manager would contact me. I never received any communication form them regarding my issues. These reasons, including constant rate increases, are why I moved my items to a different storage facility. Not only would I not recommend Cubesmart to ANYONE, I will strongly recommend against it if it ever comes up in conversation.

Sooooo..... I started renting back in February. A few months later,, I visited my unit and noticed a piece of furniture ( small) but noticable, gone. I go to office, report the theft, we call police, file report, made a claim with their insurance company. Had to take pictures,etc. ... Well.... I was able to move my unit to a different one. But had to pay 20 bucks more. Cuz it was 1st floor. Of course... Then about 2 weeks later... Claim rep emailed me, said I was denied, cuz there was no forced entry!! Of course there wasn't!!! They didn't need to cuz there was a whole 2 foot Gap between top of my unit to the iron beam above!!!! They didn't have to!!!! Also... Manager told officer she can look at the footage from the bay area to see if she can see my item.. there's no way you could hide it either by the way. She never did. Also,,, neighbor unit had their shit auctioned off,,, so the people who bought that unit are the thief's!! And you couldn't call them and inform them that they stole. There's footage of it??!!!!. So no,,,, I will not be telling anyone to rent from you guys!!! Oh... And my last month I was there,,, you raised my payment another 12 bucks!!!
