The facility is okay but the rent rate increases are high every year…

Simple process, detail explanation and good customer service.

Customer service was great. The staff is very helpful and super friendly. If I need storage again in the future, I will be using Diamond Bar cubesmart!

First impressions are critical. You have an extremely, helpful and knowledgeable staff to greet the potential and existing tenants. I would especially like to give a “shout out” to Roland, the manager. He is very friendly, patient and helpful. I think he sets the tone for the rest of the staff. Also, the facility always looks very clean. If there is an issue, the staff is always willing to solve it. Also, love being able to use the many arts you have.
