The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.

Multiple dead mice found in unit, keypads on entrance doors don’t work- doors open for anyone who can turn the knob, no cameras in hallways.Unit was broken into and most of my belongings were stolen, staff said manager was on vacation and could not be contacted. No help at all from the office.

Great storage facility

The whole process was fast & simple. It took only 2 hours - from reserving storage space, viewing it, signing a contract, and moving stuff into the unit. Special thanks to ROLAND, who assisted us with efficiency, friendly service, and professionalism!

Customer service was great. Ease of entry and exit to the storage unit. The facility was clean and maintained.

When I began renting here, they showed me the wrong unit and once i went to move in later that evening, i was confused where my unit was. Then once i tried to move out your manager , was so rude to me. She refused to move me out and shamed me for coming in at 5 pm to move out but i had work. she gave me a hard time when i explained i needed the lock cut off. she asked why i wanted to cancel, and asked if it’s because of the holidays. she barely acknowledged me , only to be rude and snarky but was extremely polite to my husband who wasn’t renting this unit. She also kept telling me i still had to pay for the next month because of my lateness, however i arrived early but she was out of office until 5:20 so i waited for her. It was disappointing to have been treated this way .

Very good rate and service

The staff has been so friendly and helpful. It was an easy process. Easy access in and out of the location. The biggest plus was having live people there to answer our questions and show us around. Other places that had no one physically available and scan this or call that was very annoying and we chose not to go with them.
