Very good rate and service

The staff has been so friendly and helpful. It was an easy process. Easy access in and out of the location. The biggest plus was having live people there to answer our questions and show us around. Other places that had no one physically available and scan this or call that was very annoying and we chose not to go with them.

Storage space is clean and felt secure for the most part with gate and special access code. Slight issue with door to storage not locking towards the last couple of weeks, but not a major issue. Would likely use again for future storage use!

jacob was so great and so helpful with the move out! the app is awesome and made everything so easy to use. the only downside is lighting in front of my unit was so dark but wasnt a big deal.

Everyone of the employees were always very helpful and professional, the prices were very reasonable .

I had storage at Cube Smart in Diamond Bar for about 4-5 years now. When I was younger, I moved around quite a bit. Other storage places I used were "adequate". Cube Smart was at a different/higher level. Without a doubt. The people who worked there were very helpful and courteous. Always there to help out. Signing up was a breeze, monthly payments were simple. And the place was well kept and very safe. They even helped me out one weekend when I was having some access problems. I can't stress enough how happy I was there. The people working there were not just going through the motions either. They genuinely wanted to help. Always helpful. Yes..."always". I would highly recommend them to anyone. Yes, most definitely.
