My unit was broke into and stole over 2000 dollars of tools and your manager on duty kept changing her story almost like she might of known. No I won’t be back.

I was very pleased with how I was treated. She was very professional. I believe her name was Brenda. The property was clean and all appeared to be in good working order. It was a good experience.

I reserved another space with you and when i arrived the unit that was issued would not work. Brenda took my call and immedieatly gave me another option to rent. This unit worked better for me. Unloaded and came into office to complete the change. Brenda got me in and out and was very helpful.

Annual price increases without any added benefit. In 5 years price has increased by almost 50%on a unit that is NOT climate controlled and has NO lights. Too much

Everything was fine. Access was secure, though keypads were slightly inconvenient. The office personnel were very helpful and friendly. Only once the office was open, but no one was behind the counter.
