Everything was fine. Access was secure, though keypads were slightly inconvenient. The office personnel were very helpful and friendly. Only once the office was open, but no one was behind the counter.

Always weird people there. The lady that was running the place always had them there. My climate controlled room was broken into and all my things stolen. I know it was an inside job.
