The online rental process was great. Completely contactless and the property manager called offer assistance and was very nice. To be able to rent a unit online and have complete access without having to wait for assistance is wonderful.

No lights when it's dark. The truck that was promised to help move was always "broke down". I already paid online and had a uhaul packed so I decided to move in anyway. The elevators were broken twice as I came back to drop off more stuff. And finally, they charged me for this month and I was out. Sent a email with time and date stamp. Still working on that refund because now I've acquired an overdraft fee because that money is not in my account. Still waiting
