Everything was great until move out. I found rat or mice droppings all over the floor & in some of my boxes.

There were never any hand trucks to be found. I would walk the entire premises to find not even one. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and she said people are probably storing them in their units. That is unacceptable.

Dee was extremely helpful getting our unit for me and my husband. She made the process easy and also helped me put the lock on my unit and helped with my little ones while we were finalizing everything.
