During my tenure in the unit, I encountered a significant rodent infestation. Upon my decision to vacate the unit, I diligently followed up with the facility multiple times to secure my move-out confirmation. Additionally, I observed instances where the facility gates were left open throughout the day, enabling unauthorized individuals to access the premises. Furthermore, I noted that the elevators were frequently out of order, posing a challenge for client usage.
