Janice was courteous and helpful. It was my first time using a storage facility and she took the time to educate and explain the process. She was patient and worked hard to resolve the technical issues during setup

Very good performance

This facility has terribly managed since Self Storage Zone was acquired by Cube Smart. It became clear that Cube Smart practices no internal pricing regulation, when the costs for my 5x5x8 unit doubled the costs of the previous 5x10 unit I had when I first moved into Self Storage into 2021. If I was not living abroad, I would have moved years ago, but I am glad I finally no longer need Cube Smart's services. This was a poorly staffed facility with individuals who were constantly unavailable and did little to mitigate a known rodent problem. Coupled with predatory business practices, I would never recommend to anyone your services.

The personnel are professional personable knowledgeable and the facility is excellent and very clean and smells so very good.

I had to vacate due to mice destroying my things. There were literally dead mice on traps. No one even picked it up for two days.

The staff was very helpful. I didn’t have any issues at all. My belongings were perfectly safe and secured nothing was damage.
