Cost too much

My u it had rodents occupying the storage. There were no treatments ministered around or in the unit. I had to dispose of half of my furniture and items due to damage

Excellent storage

I’ve never had no problems the entire time I was a customer. Excellent customer service. Only problem I had was the mice/rats eating thru my things.

Good customer service

Something was always broken at this unit like the sliding doors, the elevator or the gate. No one was ever in the office when they should have been making it hard to get in contact with anyone in person or over the phone. The price definitely isn’t worth the hassle you have to deal with. It took me over a week to cancel my reservation and even then they still charged my card. Thankfully that time I was able to contact someone. In short, I will never recommend CubeSmart to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
