For the 4 years we had this unit we had no issues. The unit was very clean and a very secure environment. I will recommend Cubesmart's storage to family and friends.

I like the price, location, and service.

Cost to much and price goes up to much.The place had system issues and couldn't get in the gate or in the building.

This has been the worse place to store anything! I have been in the unit long enough to have experienced customer care, the look of the facility, the stucture of the entire building. These past two years have been the worse from changing of the employees often, the gates being broken for months at a time and the most unfortanate the elevators always being out of service and all patrons having to share carts and one elevator at the same time. The rodent issue that i did not have until all of these changed started happening. I wS very hesitate about moving my new ideas (when placed in storage ) after getting things out due to the number of droppings found in and on my things thata were professionally wrapped upon bring them and now removing plastic is/was ripped off, scratches,discolored areas if urine etc. I am very mad the way this unit and cube smart has treated me and more.
