Because

1. I kept seeing mice and or rat dropping in our unit2. You guys do not have any trash disposal for customers/tenants3. Senior Manager is very rude and not understanding, you guys must do better, charging me more because you personally irritated is terrible leadership.PLEASE SON BETTER IN THE FUTURE!

Constant price increases and no explanation. Just $50 increases every few months.

Everything was great until move out. I found rat or mice droppings all over the floor & in some of my boxes.

There were never any hand trucks to be found. I would walk the entire premises to find not even one. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and she said people are probably storing them in their units. That is unacceptable.

Unit had mice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rates go up too frequently by too much money
