I like cube smart. I have been using their storage facilities for over 10 years. I encourage to use them because they are clean and have climate controlled units.

I rented my storage unit for a little over 8 months with that being said… the initial move in was bad from the start. Fruit flies were heavily infested in the building. It was so bad that thousands of fruit flies covered doorways, walkways, hall light fixtures and eventually in my unit. Later during the summer months I discovered mouse and rat droppings and urine all over my covered totes and furniture. I’m so grateful that I covered my furniture. The rats/mice showed nesting areas leaving behind someone else’s trash that was carried over into my unit. The security garage door located in the back of the build was left open and broken for months. The loading doors either did not open or were stuck in a malfunctioning state. The first elevator next to the office was always having operational issues rendering it out of order almost every month.

Convenient location, office is welcoming and organized, clean, most of the time the automatic lighting was working and gave good illumination. I always felt secure while in and out of my unit.Pleasant office staff and I actually have had several of my clients use this location.

The Personnel are very courteous and helpful. They go above and beyond.

I have used the storage facility before I’ve had no issues except for not having enough push carts, but they have since added 3 to 4 more carts and it’s very convenient

There are many facilities to choose from , and the price is fair .

Because I was told by a young lady who was working on Thursday that I would have one month free on my rental. When I went back on Saturday I was told couldn’t get. He was late coming back from lunch we waited an hour for him to get there I was on timer with the U-Haul Truck I really didn’t get a chance to read the contract I had to get things moving I only had two hours left. So ask him to give me two month since he was late so he said no so I ask him about one month he said no.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. There was a severe mice infestation, and as a result, I lost several personal items that were not replaceable. This has been both frustrating and upsetting, and I feel the condition of the unit was unacceptable for a paid storage space.I truly hope that steps are taken to address this issue so that future customers don’t have to experience the
