The service was great, but we moved out because of cost. Cube raised the monthly rate last year and then another big jump this year (+$12 per month). We had a small unit and could not justify paying almost $100 per month. Seems very high and how much higher is it going to go each year?So, with these annual increases would discourage me from recommending Cube Storage to my friends or family.

This place has no customer service how can you get no one to get in touch with me to handle my needs I'm sorry I work 9 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and I don't feel like I should need to take time off to handle something as simple as what I need to do no customer service even after leaving a message and talking to your general manager they left a message

None of the space is climate controlled and while the entire project has been improved by repaving and painting all the buildings the storage unit equipment, such as the door was difficult to operate and was not installed securely.

Being a customer of Cube Smart has been the worst customer service experience of my life. The contract I signed online was not honored the day I came to put my things in the storage unit because the unit was somehow already taken. I was forced into a contract for a larger unit and was promised that my original price would be honored. This did not happen, and I was overcharged by $15 a month for my entire lease. Despite many hours spent calling customer service over several weeks I was never able to even speak with someone who had the authority to resolve my issue, let alone actually get it resolved. I eventually gave up on trying to contact someone, and I moved my things out as soon as possible.

Aside from my storage unit being broken into and not being informed until months later. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed in how everything was handled. Not a good experience at all . Very unorganized and a huge lack of communication
