Nate is makes everything easy about using storage location.

The main issue is rewarding new customers with promo deals while constantly upping the rent on current users. We had to essentially cancel our unit just to reenroll under my spouses name instead of just simply giving us the new rate.

The attendants that I worked with (Nate and Jeoel) were very helpful in getting me moved into my new unit and checked out of my old unit. They were very friendly.

Fantastic place to store your stuff! Management is top notch! I've had storage units at other facilities and had nothing but problems. If you need help at CubeSmart, there is always a manager on site during business hours. This location is the best!

The manager is top notch! Location matters! The Downers Grove location is the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Storage places are just places to store your stuff, spaces for your stuff... what makes this location the best I've ever experienced is due to the on site manager. He always notifies me of account changes, he always takes to time to explain everything I need to know in great detail, and he is so friendly and cares about his customers and the facility.

Multiple price increases even within same year makes it hard to budget. Bay door out of service for months. Water pools on other bay spot. Bathrooms not clean. Toilet paper hard to pull, dispenser is mounted too low.
