Fantastic place to store your stuff! Management is top notch! I've had storage units at other facilities and had nothing but problems. If you need help at CubeSmart, there is always a manager on site during business hours. This location is the best!

The manager is top notch! Location matters! The Downers Grove location is the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Storage places are just places to store your stuff, spaces for your stuff... what makes this location the best I've ever experienced is due to the on site manager. He always notifies me of account changes, he always takes to time to explain everything I need to know in great detail, and he is so friendly and cares about his customers and the facility.

Multiple price increases even within same year makes it hard to budget. Bay door out of service for months. Water pools on other bay spot. Bathrooms not clean. Toilet paper hard to pull, dispenser is mounted too low.

Lot not maintained during or after snow storm, only 1 overhead door was operational for the 3 months I was there, very dirty inside.

Alex at the front desk was awesome , found me a space near my old space.
