Very clean, well lit storage.

The facility in Duluth Georgia was filthy infected with moths and other critters The bathrooms are kept locked so that customers have no access to it I paid for climate control and it was always hot in the facility there was no climate control customer service sucks management did not address concerns or issues they did not respond to inquiries office is often time close with no access to management I mean there was absolutely nothing good about this experience I would never ever use or recommend this storage to anyone it needs to be shut down inspection needs to be done and it needs to be closed permanently

Toward the end of our contract in particular, the broken door was really an issue. I have two hip replacements and selected the unit we had for a reason. I was unable to access without going to the bottom of the building and taking the elevator and the maze to get to my unit. It was broken when we left the last time and it was more than inconvenient.

I cannot stress how much the staff here is always top notch and accommodating. The units are clean. And prices are very competitive but the main reason for this score is the staff. That the tipping point. Any place can be clean but the service here is unbeatable

I was hoping to get my money back since I didn't pay for the full month. It was just too expensive for me to keep paying on.
