Hours of attendant not standard. She needs help.

I really liked the facility when I first moved in there. I changed units more than once and that was easy. As time went on though the facility has become somewhat run down and dated. The bathrooms have been locked for years. The air conditioning is barely on. If I hadn't moved across town, however, I probably would have continued renting the unit.

Very convenient great customer service

It was easy to move in and out of. Also to enter the building using the app. I have only had a few storage units but this one at Cube Smart was by far the best.

Customer service was good but there were a couple of tinesthe elevators weren't working.

Excellent customer service, clean and secure property.

The manager made it easy to move forward with renting. She game me options based upon my needs.

Never had any problems, great climate control and safe

The amenities were fine, the people were very friendly and helpful. I just did not like the price continuing to rise.
