It is not climate controlled!! They put me on the 3rd floor where it is HOT. I can’t imagine what it would have been like had I been moving anything. Thanks God for the movers. I sat all while they packed. I tried to get in the bathroom and it stayed locked for 20 minutes if not longer. The person at the front desk is NEVER there and the music is too loud. I’ve only been there once since my initial move in and the floors are always filled with trash, first thing in the morning, I don’t think so. I don’t like my experience whatsoever.
