We were very happy with the facility, security and service, but the price increased just a few months after we contracted for our unit. We feel this was a bit disingenuous. CubeSmart should honor their quoted rates for at least a year after signing the contract, or at least for some specified time frame that should be clearly designated on the contract.

Changing the price to almost double the price out of nowhere defeats the point of getting in a contract with cube smart. Not good business practice to one day out of nowhere say “starting next month your new tent will be $150 instead of $75”

Great storage facility. Easy and I only needed help when I had questions. The app made access very easy

Poor customer service and absurd prices for size of units

After moving out of my storage unit correctly, you continue to charge my credit card for several months. I had to call multiple times and never received a refund for the amount of rent that you overcharged me. I will never recommend you matter of fact I’m going to go out of my way to put negative comments on your website about your business.
