No one’s perfect my first experience with CubeSmart was not great. When a representative tells you that you are not telling the truth about a situation . That’s calling you a liar. I say why would I lie about this makes no sense. People need to know and learn customer service. The young lady at the store was courteous.

Everything was smooth, from location, entrance, cleanliness, security and customer service when I had a small hiccup.

It was always clean but repairs are needed for the elevator.

Storage facility was conveniently located, consistently clean and reasonably priced.
