Poor customer service and absurd prices for size of units

After moving out of my storage unit correctly, you continue to charge my credit card for several months. I had to call multiple times and never received a refund for the amount of rent that you overcharged me. I will never recommend you matter of fact I’m going to go out of my way to put negative comments on your website about your business.

Clean convenient but few carts available

Clean & secure. Need more carts for moving things.

Staff wasn't very friendly or accomodating.

Misleading marketing and no stated actual monthly price on the contract. The whole process of renting felt like trickery with the monthly rates and left me feeling like I would be moving out soon when monthly rates go up. Just being honest
