Overall wonderful service. Only downside was the onetime payment fee amounts which were a bit unreasonable.

For months the unit had no AC. I chose CubeSmart for its climate controlled units. When calling to ask about progress on the issue, most employees were helpful, however one man was just rude and seemed to not care.

I just don't like the rate increases. It seams disingenuous. You get us in with a low rate and then increase the rates quickly and randomly.

The property has been neglected over the years. NO LIGHT in our 10 x 26 unit. I had noticed prior to our movers bringing the furniture and arranged with manager to have maintenance person there the morning of our move in. NO ONESHOWED UP AND OFFICE CLOSED AS USUAL…. You claim climate controlled facility but it was unusually cold in winter and unusually warm in summer. We got an additional unit on the 5th floor and it literally was about 20 degrees warmer after getting off elevator. Manager said it is always much warmer up there, not the HVAC issue we expected.
