There was a light near our unit the was out for a long time - months. The electronic gate was often left open for some reason. The area plowed poorly and we were unable to access our unit for three weeks.

The 1st thing we saw when we walked into the office was truly a happy face. Missy was a ray of sunshine and it was obvious she cared about us and CubeSmart. She was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We were at ease right away. She answered all of our questions and did not push us. The rent was a storage unit was very good. The unit was clean and we felt safe putting something we value in storage.

1st reason was the most friendly person I have met in a long time….Melissa (Missy). She was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs. The price was right of course, our unit was clean which also was important to our to store what we consider valuable and she understood that.
