Missy at CubeSmart in East Bridgewater was extremely nice, friendly and very knowledgeable when we went in. She helped us choose the right size unit and explained exactly how we should place our boxes and totes for raiser access

Consistently wonderful customer service, it's a clean facility with multiple size units to choose from, and it's close to our house so it's a win/win! We've come back three times in the past five years and always had a good experience each time.

There was a light near our unit the was out for a long time - months. The electronic gate was often left open for some reason. The area plowed poorly and we were unable to access our unit for three weeks.

The 1st thing we saw when we walked into the office was truly a happy face. Missy was a ray of sunshine and it was obvious she cared about us and CubeSmart. She was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We were at ease right away. She answered all of our questions and did not push us. The rent was a storage unit was very good. The unit was clean and we felt safe putting something we value in storage.
