Price increases far exceeds expectations and far too often

Locker was shit, cob webs everywhere, even the handle to open was rusty, if I cut myself I’d have to get a shot . The amount spent on storage someone could give it a monthly dusting or some sort of maintenance

Sale Rep did a wonderful job helping me upgrade my storage unit. She was amazing

Initial rate was good - very close to where I was staying - got to be too expensive for what was being stored

Excellent customer service at the local managerial level. Super friendly and helpful. We were arranging this for our college age daughter who is in Bridgewater and we live in California. The personnel made it so easy. Would definitely reuse again and recommend to others. Thank you so very much!
