merchandise stolen from my unit gave key to manager for new carpet installation in corridor a couple years ago .under the impression i can trust manager with key when moving out of unit notice items missing reported to manager items are missing .the manager could not find key in box with other keys ! was told to file a claim Cube smart personal cant be TRUSTED

Storage spaces are so clean. Staff are very helpful.

Very well maintained; Staff is friendly and helpful; the system is user friendly. Rates are probably comparable, but I chose it for the location which was easy to get to for me.I will add that the rental rate soared up greatly, in the third year, and that pushed me to finish my project.

The initial price was good but it was raised a couple of times and that was a turn off

I had to have a lock cut which went well. I decided to take my 5 pices of luggage home instead of leaving in the unit and utilizing the new key I purchased 10 minutes after emptying my locker I requested a refund of the key and to give it to someone else. The sales person said no. This is the problem with this company. You are all about the money and not helping the customer. I spent $8,000 with POD to move my belongings from NJ to Florida. I would use them again. Never use you again. I had a medium sized unit with you at a different location- all about stealing and not helping

The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent. The reason for the low score is because the rent was increased 53% in 4 years. That's insane. New customers can get the same size unit for 20% of what I was paying. I feel penalized for being a loyal customer especially with so many competitors in the area.

IT's very neat and clean, plus you can access anytime.Dawn was very helpful in showing me everything I needed to know.

They did an excellent job when I had to change my storage to a smaller storage. They were friendly and willing to assist with my needs.
