They gave me a unit where the latch on the actual door was not latching shut properly and wasn’t properly secured the whole time and anyone could get in made me feel unsettled and uncomfortable about having things stored there. I left and probably will not use that again sadly. I was really disappointed I expected them to be a great place. Seemed like it was going to be pretty expensive anyways thats quite a lot for a storage per month. Wish them the best. Staff was great but did help other than order a new latch I never saw it. Could have at least compensated what if it was your stuff and you?

Ridiculous price increases from year to year that are used to subsidize new customers who are literally paying a quarter of what I was for the same size unit - not ethical.

It was fine. My perception is probably colored by how stressful my move was. I only used the storage unit for a month, so I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending it for something long term because I don't have that experience.

Stored my motorcycle here over the winter.in one of their outside storage units.clean inside didn't get cold bike was secure all winter..monthly bill was fair and easy to pay online with auto pay.

I’m sorry, we don’t remember any names but both the guy and the girl that work there were very nice, professional and helpful. In fact, during the last winter storm, the guy helped my husband who is in his 80s shovel a path so he could open the door and start the car. We will definitely be back next year.
