I love cute smart. I’ve used CubeSmart for many many years I met with Laura. She was wonderful A+ when I went to my unit, which was supposed to be a 10 x 15 when I measured the site it was 10 x 13 so I’m missing 2 feet length that I’m paying for Other than that. I’m very happy with CubeSmart.

Staff person was terrific. I did find going through the call center frustrating but the rest was seamless

Friendly staff on site

Renting the storage unit was easy. Staff were courteous and helpful. Storage was clean and well lit. Location of storage unit was very convenient. Size of storage unit fit my needs.

Excellent customer service

Every year you raise the price, 49 dollars is crazy! I can understand 10 dollar increments. I got the same storage space for 118 dollars right down the street. You can’t justify a yearly increase of 48 dollars. You will be loosing more customers

Facility was great. I will be back next year.

The staff is great, courteous/helpful.The corporate oversight pretty much sucks. Doubling rent in 2 years, no flexibility.
