We were a long term customer and our rate kept going up to the point it was absurd. We instead went through the waste of our time to move all of our stuff from one unit to another to get a new rate since that apparently is the only way to do that. Still with CS but not happy.

We just had to move all of our stuff to another unit. As a long term customer it is absurd that the only way to get a reasonable rate again was to move. Our rate got so inflated compared to the current offer rate that we had to do something. Your pricing structure drives people out. I t should be capped at some % above the market rate. So disappointed that something could not be done to renegotiate the rate without us having to move
