Roberto was welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond what was required. I was absolutely amazed at the time and energy he spent in welcoming me and getting me settled in my new storage unit. I did not have any way to stock my supplies and he arranged for me to get some shelving that had been left behind in another unit. He spent over an hour helping me set it up. He took the time to explain the whole process and went over every detail. His work ethic was second to none and unlike anything you see nowadays. So glad I am renting here.
